Christmas Traditions

A custom to put presents into the socks and stockings links with Victorian England. People say, Christmas Father travelled by air and came into houses through the climneys. While coming down into one of the houses he dropped some gold coins into the sock, which was hung over the fireplace. Since that time on Christmas Eve socks and stockings are put over the fireplace and people hope that something will be droped there.

Appearance

There is Aleksandr Kerzhakov on the picture. He was born on 27 november and he is 27 years old. He lives in Saint-Petersburg in Russia. A. Kerzhakov is a footballer and he is the best goal-scorer in the Russian Premier League. He is playing for Russian Club "Zenit" and his number is 11.

Kerzhakov is of a medium height. His hair is dark and short. His face is oval and tanned. His eyes are hazel. As he is footballer, he has big muscles. I read the interview for Kerzhakov and I think he is stubborn, but hard-working and very outgoing. He is very handsome, when he smiles.

Kerzhakov is wearing dark shorts, a blue shirt and a red vest with his number 11. There are black socks and white sneakers with a red Nike symbol on foot.

Aleksandr is married and has a young daughter. Also Kerhakov has a younger brother Mikhail, who is a professional footballer as well.

Besides football, Kerzhakov is known as the author of his own book titled "Before and after 16". After Arshavin read this book and he said that A. Kerzhakov was his favourite writer.

I think A. Kerzhakov will score more and more goals, so he and his team will win many cups and trophies.

My hobby.

My hobby is music. I go to musical school and play the piano. I study there 8 years. I often attend different competitions and take different place.

Also I like football. My favourite football teem is "Zenit". Sometimes I go to Saint Petersburg to watch "Zenit" playing. I am always informed about "Zenit" matches and I always support them.

I also prefer playing tennis. My father gave me a table tennis for my birthday 2 years ago. I play it every evening with my family.

Different people have different hobbies. What about me - so I prefer music, football and table tennis.

Madam Tussaud`s Museum

Madam Tussaud`s Museum is an exhibition of hundreds of life - size wax models of famous people of yesterday and today. The collection was started by Madam Tussaud, a French modeller in wax, in the 18th century. Here you can meet Marilyn Monroe, Elton John, Picasso, the Royal Family, the Beatles and many others: writers, movie stars, singers, politicians, sportsmen, etc.
